By commissioning me, you are automatically agreeing to all the rules written below.

- I have the right to refuse any commission for any reason. Please respect this.
- Keep in mind that I will alter the colour palette of your character to match my style.
- I will never accept a request to copy, trace, heavily reference a different piece of art or art style for your commission.
- You are NOT allowed to remove my signature for any reason.Work process
- Please only commission me if you are patient. My deadlines are always set as soon as I can finish the commission while balancing my personal life and other work.
- The turn around time of your commission depends on where you are in the commission queue. After purchasing your commission will be finished within a few weeks or a few months. If there’s something that’s stopping me from finishing your commission I will notify you.
- I have a public to do list on trello where you can track your commission progress and have a general idea of when your piece will be finished, everything on trello is in order of payment times. There may be exceptions for rush orders.
- If you need your commission to be finished urgently, additional fees may apply depending on the deadline. Please notify me while ordering and I’ll see if I would be able to do it in that amount of time.
- I can send WIP’s of the piece if requested, I always send the sketch for approval. After receiving the sketch I encourage you to provide feedback including revision requests if need be.
- I will not redo the artwork completely, unless the mistake was my own (ex: character’s accessories weren’t optional and I still forgot to draw them).Artwork usage
- You may use the finished artwork for personal use only. You may NOT use the received artwork for profit if commercial use wasn’t discussed nor paid prior.
- You may not edit or draw over my art without asking for my permission first (this doesn’t include resizing it, cropping, adding a filter, adding/changing text to a reference sheet. You DO need my permission when your intentions are anything other than those).
- Even if you are the purchaser, you may not trace, reference, copy or claim my artwork as your own creation.Payment and refunds
- I only accept payment through Ko-fi or Paypal (EUR).
- I take full payment upfront. I will only start after I receive the payment. If you prefer paying in parts, you need to send at least half of the amount before I start the commission. After the sketch is sent out for approval you must pay the rest.
- Refunds will NOT be offered if you purchased an emergency commission as you are agreeing to pay money towards something I need.
- If you request a refund after I already started working on the piece, you will receive a partial refund depending on which stage of the artwork I am on.
- I will NOT give a refund if you are unsatisfied with the piece. However, I am willing to discuss and make edits of the artwork to your liking.
